3. User Accounts
To use the Services, you must be 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not transfer or share your password with anyone else, and you are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

ACM is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its content, features, and algorithms. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise use the Platform's algorithms or data for your own commercial products without express written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Please note that these terms contain a mandatory arbitration provision. You and ACM agree to resolve most disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
